Disneyland Fun

After Parker's party we took off for a 3 day trip to our favorite place. It was funny to see how much Claire enjoys the rides now. She through a tantrum when it was time to get off the rocketships! I guess she's hooked now too!

Jedi Parker turns 3!

Parker had his first big kid party this year. He was so excited to have the "big boys" from the neighborhood come. The theme of course was Star Wars and the kids all enjoyed Sarlac Pit mac-n-cheese, Yoda sodas, and fruit sabres. The cake was done to honor Parker's favorite scene from the movie-the duel on the volcano planet of Mustafar. We played pin the lightsabre on Yoda, Yoda May I, and had our very own lightsabre competition! Of course there was a Darth Vader pinata too! What fun!

Maddie's First Award

We are so proud of our little kindergartener! This is Maddie with her principal at the first awards assembly. She was one of only three kids in her class to receive an award. It was for the "most ready" for kindergarten. That kind of felt like an award for Mom too! Hopefully this is the first of many!

Claire demands to feed herself!

If you think Claire looks messy you should see the floor underneath her highchair! I know this is normal behavior, but I am thankful this is the last baby I will have to bathe after every meal!
